Lisa Taylor is a certified Sound Healer. She is associated with the Abenaki Wellness Center in Warrensburg New York. She will be at Birds of a Feather in Chestertown for a sound healing session. Please bring something comfortable to sit or lay down on. There are some pillows and Mats. A blanket is also a good thing to have for this meditation.
